Privacy and Cookie Notice

This notice explains how the LOHERB Wedding website handles wedding inquiries, customer-service data, browser storage and optional Meta measurement.

Data controller

Wedding inquiry form

The form may collect names, telephone number, email address, intended wedding date, guest count, venue preferences and the message you provide. The service also records request IP address and browser User-Agent in internal inquiry logs. The information is used to receive, deliver and follow up the inquiry.

Retention

Unsuccessful wedding inquiries under our control are retained for 12 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Technical logs, including request IP address, browser User-Agent, error, security and delivery records, are retained for up to 365 days. Records for completed transactions may be retained separately for the period required by contract, accounting, tax or other applicable laws. If a security incident, dispute or legal duty requires temporary preservation, the relevant data will be deleted or anonymised after that purpose ends.

Optional Meta measurement

Only after you choose “Allow measurement” on a cuisine page will the site load the dedicated LOHERB Wedding Meta Dataset/Pixel 1541843750817116. The implementation can send only ViewContent and AddToCart interest events for catalog item LH-D03. It does not send inquiry form fields, Purchase events or server-side Conversions API events to Meta.

When the Pixel is allowed, Meta may receive the event, page URL, browser/device and network information (including the IP address visible to the receiving server), and Meta cookie identifiers where available. Chatbotta customer-service tool

The website initially displays only a first-party “Open customer service” control and does not request Chatbotta or Firebase. Only after you activate that control will the site load the third-party Chatbotta widget to provide automated or staff-assisted replies and continue conversations. Chatbotta then requests its configuration, embeds content from app.chatbotta.com and uses Firebase anonymous sign-in. It may create an anonymous user identifier, store related data in the browser and transmit network or device information, including the request IP address and browser User-Agent, to Chatbotta or Firebase. Your chat messages and information entered there are also processed to provide and follow up customer service.

Chatbotta is separate from Meta measurement and is not Meta Conversions API. This LH-D03 implementation does not use Chatbotta to send inquiry form fields, Purchase events or server-side CAPI events to Meta.

Meta measurement choice

The site stores your granted or denied choice in this browser. The Pixel remains off by default. You can change the choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer; a denial prevents future Wedding Pixel events in that browser.

Your rights and request process

You may request an inquiry or review of your personal data, a copy, supplementation or correction, cessation of collection, processing or use, or deletion.

1. Email service@loherb.com.tw with the subject “Wedding data rights request”, or call +886-3-959-5685.
2. Provide your name, reply contact, the right you wish to exercise and enough detail to identify the relevant inquiry or chat. Please do not send unrelated sensitive data.
3. We will verify your identity and the request scope using only the information reasonably necessary, and will tell you if further information is required.
4. After verification, we will process and reply to the request. If an applicable law, contract, dispute or security need prevents immediate action, we will explain the reason and the data affected.
