How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance; popular dates (like autumn) often require a year ahead. Weekdays or off-peak seasons can be arranged 3–6 months out.
Is there parking on site?
Yes — free on-site parking for about 30 cars. For larger guest counts we can arrange nearby overflow parking.
Do you offer guest accommodation?
Five on-site villas with 21 rooms are available for the night before or of the wedding. Whole-villa packages let you share warm moments with family and friends.
What if it rains during an outdoor wedding?
We prepare a rain contingency for every outdoor wedding — including indoor banquet hall transition and outdoor tent setup — so the day proceeds beautifully whatever the weather.
Can I bring my own vendors?
You're welcome to bring your own photographer, florist or band. We also offer a list of trusted partner vendors — choose what works best for you.
Can we arrange a tasting?
You can first book a tasting session to sample the flavors and details of the Western private chef set menu, and confirm whether it suits your taste and expectations.

The outdoor lawn ceremony accommodates Up to 65 guests, the indoor banquet hall Up to 60 guests, and the poolside reception Up to 100 guests. Confirm seating, layout and rain arrangements with the team when booking.
